[Girl Crush] Karlie Kloss

Karlie Kloss is so stunning, both as a person and as a model. I've been obsessed with her lately. She's so gorgeous and she's had quite the successful career already, considering she's only 19. She's a ballet dancer and an educated young woman. These pictures tend to speak for themself. The top two are haute couture pictures from Dior, if I'm not mistaken and the bottom two are just natural photos of her. They're all from the Life magazine spread on her from a while ago.

[Fit Me] Day 17

So. Today I'll be going out for dinner. Lobster apparently. Good luck on my diet, right? Anyways. it's Family Day weekend in Ontario, so three day weekend for me. Yay! Anyways,

Have you ever been called fat? Or skinny?
Of course I've been called fat. I get called fat by my brother, my family. It's not pleasant. My friends try and steer clear of it to avoid hurting my feelings. The other day, I heard a guy friend calling some of my other friends skinny, and he just ghosted right over me. In a way, I'm thankful and in another way, I'm somewhat bothered. I know I shouldn't let it get to me, but it still does. Whatever.

[Fit Me] Day 16

Have you ever missed a work out just because you couldn’t be bothered?
I haven't just yet. I haven't been tired to that extent. I mostly do my little workouts at night, because I dont' have time during the day, since I'm still a student. I'm quite motivated to exercise at the moment. It's just my diet that needs tweaking.

[Fit Me] Day 15

What is your favourite kind of exercise?
At the moment, my favourite kind of exercise is using the Wii Fit, or doing crunches and situps in that combination.

[Fit Me] Day 14

Do you ever allow yourself a “rest day” from exercise or a “cheat day” from your diet?
These are always unintentional. They're mostly because I'm unaware or I forget. It's mostly me being forgetful. It sucks.

[Fit Me] Day 13

Is your diet ever negatively influenced by your friends? Do they pressure/tempt you to eat unhealthy food?
Yes it is. Sometimes. At school, not so much, but when I'm out, I'm always tempted to buy unhealthy foods, and that sucks. The temptation is also because I've had those foods before and they tasted really good. And it's hard for me to look away from such temptation.

[Fit Me] Day 12

Sorry for the late posts, as I've said earlier, still trying to get back into the hang of working.

What are your friend’s eating habits like?
Well. My friends eat slower and a lot less than me. Which I should take into consideration. and my best friend. Her eating habits are meh. She's trying to eat better though! Which is always good.

[Project 52] Union Station

This is the construction area outside of Union Station. I went with my dad for his photography trip to Union Station. God, the architecture there was gorgeous. Anyways, doesn't this give you a lonely feel? Still trying to get into the groove of working.

[Project 52] Cody Simpson Concert

So sorry for the delayed posts. I've been pretty busy lately. Unfortunately. Anyways. Here is the very good looking Cody Simpson. This is the beginning of the concert and he looked so good in the suit and sunglasses. Anyways. The concert was really good, and I've been trying to get back into the groove of working. So. yea.

[Fit Me] Day 11

SO. I went into Toronto today. And I had a great time shooting photos down at Union Station. It's gorgeous, but the orange light is hideous in there. Look forward to photos!

What are your family’s eating habits like?
Honestly. They're definitely not the best. Lots of high protien and high carbs. I definitely need to watch what I'm eating when I'm at home. Take out and Junk food is common too. Oh gosh.

[Fit Me] Day 10

So yea. I did the exercise yesterday, but I forgot to do the post. Yesterday was somewhat busy for me okay? I had French. So:

Do you eat breakfast? What do you usually have?
I do eat breakfast, but it differs from day to day since my mom is kind enough to make breakfast. Lately, it's been bacon, eggs and toast. But usually, it's a piece of bread and a cup of milk.

[Fit Me] Day 9

Hi! So today was tiring. I am so glad it's Friday and I have barely any homework, because I finally get to sleep. Somewhat anyways. French tutor tommorrow morning, and then I'm going with my dad Downtown to do some photography at Union Station. Yum. So look forward to photos, I guess! I'll be bringing two cameras with me, because my dad expects me to use his old chunky one that has manual settings, while I'm more comfortable with my camera that has auto settings, because I've used it a lot more. I've taken some pretty good photos with my auto camera, but if I want a DSLR, I need to know the basics of things like arpeture and shutter speed. ANYWAYS. this is Fit Me, not a diary.

What is your favourite food, healthy or unhealthy.
My favourite food? Oh god. That's hard. I love anything sweet. Almost. I love the dessert pastries and stuff. They taste so good, but they're so bad for you. I'm going to gain so much weight it's not even funny when I go to Europe this summer. I love to eat and I'm so envious of those people who have naturally high metabolism. So yea. Anything sweet and pastry-like.

[Fit Me] Day 8

So this is week 2 that I'm on now! The weekly challenge is to create the next night's meal the day before, but I don't necessarily have control over that, so I'm just going to continue trying to break my unehalthy food habit.

Alright! So today I was pretty tired. I did have a snack, but it was healthier than what I was originally going to have. I think I shouldn't drink as much coffee, because I'm pretty sure it's not that good for you. Plus, I'm being pretty strenuous on my health by sleeping 5 hours for the past week or so. Not healthy. Also, I'm going to try and sit up straight every time I sit now, because my posture really sucks. Anyways, here's today's question:

Name 5 things you like about your body (you can do it) and the one body part you’d like to change the most.
Alright then. This is a challenge.

  • My Hair
  • My eyelashes
  • My feet
  • my lips
  • The shape of my eyes.
And one thing I'd like to change the most about my body? My height. I'm kind of stuck at five feet tall at the moment, so this sucks. I would like to be taller. That's probably the only thing that's the most difficult to change. Everything else, there's exercise and plastic surgery, but height is something that only severe pain can change. Which I would not like to go through by the way.

[Fit Me] Day 7

Hi. So pretty busy tonight. Trying to get back into the groove of working and to get used to a new schedule at school. My routine is pretty messed up and I'm trying to get used to new courses. Change is pretty intimidating. Well. what can you do, right? It's a part of life and it's high school. Anyways, on to the main attraction:

Do your friends and family know you are trying to lose weight?
My mom knows, but she constantly forgets, so since she's the one making my lunch, it's always hard for me to watch the things I eat. Anyways, I'm also doing this with my best friend, so yea. She knows. Otherwise,  no one else really knows. It's not something I go around telling right? When I reach my goal, I want people to see a change. I want people to notice it, not just notice it because I told them to.

[Fit Me] Day 6

I went to the Cody Simpson concert today! It was really good. I didn't get anything signed though. Whatever. I will be posting videos and photos up later. I feel really tired right now actually, after exercising, standing for about four hours straight. Anyways.

Have you ever been overweight or underweight?
I have never been underweight. I am currently overweight. It's not a fun feeling, just to tell you that. That's why I'm on this thing anyways, to lose weight and become healthier.

[Fit Me] Day 5

Lol. I forgot to do the thing yesterday. Didn't really matter about the exercise though. cuz it was break day. I still need to watch my eating habits better. gosh. Anyways. Day 5 is:

Is there any specific event you want to lose the weight for?
Not really. Graduation? That's some time away, so I still have time to get into this lifestyle and see that I did change and become a better person while I was in High School, although I do dread going to school. Oh well.

[Fit Me] Day Four

Hi! So today is Sunday and i didn't do anything except sit in front of the computer and mentally prepare myself for yet another semester of school. ugh. Not looking forward to tommorrow. Well I do have the Cody Simpson concert to look forward to on Tuesday. Anyways.

Day four: Do you work out? How many times a week?
As previously mentioned in other posts, I do try to work out every day, doing those routines, to try and get myself back into shape. Something that I still need to work harder on is my eating habits. That will be hard for me to change. Why do all the good tasting foods have to be so bad for you?

[Fit Me] Day Three

So today, I had French Tutor, and I was supposed to go downtown to Toronto afterwards, but we ended up not going because my stupid brother wouldn't wake up. Oh well. Anyways. Day Three:

Day three: Do you count calories? What is your daily calorie goal/allowance?
I do count calories sometimes, but not all the time. I just plan on eating things that are healthier and will be good for me. Counting calories is annoying sometimes, because not all food comes with calories, such as homemade food or solitary items like apples.

[Project 52] Shoes Shoes Shoes!

So yesterday, I went shopping with my best friend. and I bought a pair of floral sneakers, which weren't pictured here. But I tried on these Christian Sirriano heels! I love Sirriano's clothes. Anyways. I just had to take a picture because the shoes are so cute, and it was fun trying on designer shoes. My feet look awesome in this photo.

[Fit Me] Day Two

So today, I didn't get a scale while I was out. I also, didn't keep my resolution, but I'll try harder tommorrow. I had a tall Green tea Frap today, as well as a small Fries at McDonalds, as well as a small, non fat Strawberry yogurt from Yogen Fruz. Oh well. Anyways. Today's requirement is:

What is your MAIN reason for wanting to lose weight? (Be honest.)
Well, the main reason I want to lose weight is to look better in my clothes and to feel more confident about myself. It is also for health reasons, because I'm overweight. This will affect the functioning of my body. Overall, it's mostly about self confidence, but it's also important. I'm changing for myself, not for anybody else. This is what I want. I'm not trying to please anybody else. Anyways~ That's all for today!

[Fit Me] Day One!

So the Weekly Challenge is to pick something unhealthy and to go 7 days, or one week, without it. I choose to give up eating high sugar, high carbohydrate foods, such as cake and other such things.

So, not only will I be doing the two month challenge, I'll also be using an exercise regime to help lose weight.

This will add up to be a 60 day plan, which is about the duration of two months. So! This will be what I'm doing. I'm done Day one of the Beginner's Exercise Plan.

And the requirement to post for Day one is:
Day one: How tall are you, what do you currently weigh, and what do you hope to weigh after the 60 days? (Be realistic).
Alright. I'm about 5 feet tall. I have no idea what i currently weigh, since I don't own a scale. However, since I'm going shopping tommorrow, hopefully that will change. After 60 days, realistically, I'd like to lose five pounds.

Anyways! That's all for today~ See you tommorrow!

[Fit Me]

This will be yet another one of my new series. I'm going to start a two month weightloss challenge! I am so unfit and overweight, that it's bringing me down whenever I go to shopping for new clothes. I always have to find the largest size in a store that sells smaller clothes. It's intimidiating. So, in order to become healthier, I've decided to do this!

So this is what the plan consists of. It basicaly consists of posting stuff as I continue on a healthy lifestyle and a regime of exercising daily.

[Food Escapades]SoonDubu Jigae

Mmmmm~ SoonDubu Jigae. Which means, tofu stew, or something like that. It's delicious. I love Korean food! So hot and spicy. It's perfect for cold Canadian winter days. yum yum yum
